  • Please keep the bank receipt or transaction reference number as we might request it for proof of transaction and verification purpose.
  • Deposit via Interbank GIRO (IBG) transfer method will take 1-2 working days to process (excluding Weekend and Public Holidays).
  • Any deposit refund request will take 1-2 working days to process (excluding Weekend and Public Holidays).

  • Withdrawal only will be approved under the bank account holder name which is same with the registered identity/name in WinZone8 player account. Withdrawal to third party bank account is not allowed.
  • Withdrawal request involving large amount might take longer time for verification and processing.
  • Any betting on Sportsbook and Live Dealer with outstanding match will not be counted as valid turnover.
